Product Questions

Where are your toys and treats manufactured?

Our toys and treats are manufactured in the USA!

What are your toys made from? Is it safe?

Our toys are made of thermal plastic rubber, US-sourced. The material is third-party tested to be BPA-free, latex-free, Phthalates free, and FDA compliant. The toys are safe and non-toxic.

Do all of your toys float?

Yes!

How do I recycle my toys?

While our toys are durable, nothing is indestructible. If your toy has reached the end of its useful life, the toy can be recycled as #7 rigid plastic. Not all recyclers utilize #7 plastics, so please check with your municipality before placing in the recycling bin.

Another option is to help us be part of the circular economy. If your toy has reached the end of its useful life, it can be re-ground into a new Project Hive Pet Company toy! Please run it through the dishwasher and send it back to us in a box or envelope at:
